Summary

Join SentinelOne's IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining key People systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR applications. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical and functional guidance, design and configure systems, and contribute to the strategic roadmap. You will also facilitate requirements gathering, manage project timelines, and create detailed documentation. This role requires strong HRIT experience, particularly with Workday, and proven project management skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit. Requirements

  • 4-7 years of HRIT with deep expertise in supporting and configuring People systems, particularly Workday
  • Strong understanding of HR processes to drive optimized, scalable system solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Mandatory experience with Core Workday HCM
  • Experience in at least 2 or more of the other Workday modules - Payroll(US, Canada), Absence & Time Off, Time Tracking, Prism, Extend(desirable), and Integrations
  • Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. Workday Prism is a plus
  • Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence decisions, and ensure business needs are met
  • Excellent communication, change management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain key People systems: Workday, Greenhouse, and other People applications
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday, delivering both technical and functional guidance
  • Design and configure new and existing People systems and provide recommendations based on business needs
  • Include partnering and driving input into the People system's strategic roadmap
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure alignment across the business stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and communication with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation (requirements, user stories, configurations)
  • Support cloud IT projects beyond HR scope as needed
  • Provide day-to-day application and integration support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with third-party tools like Greenhouse, E*TRADE, Workato, and other People systems is a plus
  • Experience with Workday Studio for custom integrations (nice to have)
  • Experience with administering and configuring Sales Compensation Systems, such as Xactly and Varicent, is a plus
