Join Docplanner's Patients Engagement team as an experienced software engineer with a strong PHP/Symfony background. Empower patients by making healthcare accessible, understandable, and actionable. Contribute to backend development, working with Symfony 6 and PHP 8.2, and a variety of technologies including MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, and AWS. The team follows DDD principles and utilizes continuous delivery. You will be part of a product team working in an agile environment, contributing innovative ideas and focusing on delivering value to customers. Requirements
- Have more than 5 years of experience working on web applications
- You work with PHP and Symfony
- You have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- You work with tools such as Git, ELK Stack, DataDog, MySQL, GitHub Actions
- You work with Amazon Web Services
- You have practical experience of designing the backend architecture and APIs
- You know how to test your code
- You are used to working in an Agile, high-autonomy environment
- You care about product management and understanding user needs
- You can communicate in English β both spoken and written - min. B2 level
Responsibilities
- You will be part of the product team working in an agile approach delivering value to our customers (so no complaining about the ""product people"" - weβre a team)
- Your main focus will be backend development (you will have the opportunity to work with others on topics in your area of interest)
- We expect you to contribute innovative ideas to the team. You will not always be told what to do next
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience building APIs processing millions of requests
- You have experience around security, authentication flows and authorization
- You have experience working with Docker
- You have experience working in DevOps Culture
- You have experience with data encryption and data protection
