Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Proven experience (4+ years) developing web applications using PHP Laravel framework
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern web development principles
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), continuous integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for their CRM product using PHP Laravel framework
  • Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable codebase that adheres to best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborate with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment and integration of new releases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on CRM or enterprise-level software projects
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Vue.js
