Summary
Join Accesa as a Presales Proposal Specialist and contribute to the success of our IT services and solutions. You will develop compelling client proposals, collaborate with the sales team, leverage Accesa's resources, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in bid/proposal management or sales support, and excellent communication skills. You will ensure proposals meet legal and internal standards and drive process improvements. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related IT sector
- 5+ years of experience in a bid/proposal management role, sales support, or client facing responsibilities in IT field
- Proven ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships across organizational levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information
- Strong presentation skills, confident in engaging with stakeholders, including CxOs and executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and professional client proposals in response to offer requests and RFxs. Tailor documentation to address specific client needs and industry nuances
- Collaborate with the Sales team to assess new opportunities, gathering relevant details and aligning them with Accesa's service capabilities
- Leverage the Accesa's services catalog, case studies, certifications, and past performance data to enrich proposal content and ensure consistency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Tribe Leads, CTO, and other functions, to gather insights on team capacity and expertise for proposal inclusion
- Ensure all proposals meet legal, compliance, and internal approval standards, and align with the organization's commercial strategy
- Identify and report inefficiencies in proposal tools and processes, driving improvements in certification trackers, sales materials, and proposal templates
Preferred Qualifications
German, Swedish are a plus
