Summary

Requirements
- Experience in a production role at a senior level, working on shipped/live mobile titles
- Experience with Project Management software (E.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel)
- Excellent Project Management skills and understanding of various Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentational
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Line management skills with experience of coaching and mentoring junior Producers
Responsibilities
- Planning and organising projects
- Ensuring each release is on budget and maintains high standards of quality
- Collaborating with discipline leads, project stakeholders, and the entire team to identify and mitigate risks to deliverables and timelines
- Escalating issues as needed to keep the project on track
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with associated Publisher and any external clients
- Participating in and leading project planning sessions
- Helping drive the team toward successful outcomes during daily standups
