Senior Producer

Summary

Zeptolab seeks a Senior Producer for original premium IPs, particularly Cut The Rope, to lead product development from ideation to post-release maintenance, work with business development, and pitch game opportunities to potential partners. This role is remote in the CET zone.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years experience in the Games Industry
• Strong expertise in premium games development, knowledge of f2p development is a plus
• Relevant experience as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Producer or Lead Game Designer
• Experience working with outsourced development teams and partners a plus
• Strong skills in game design of premium games
• Experience shipping at least one game
• Strong Communication, presentation and pitching skills
• Strong goal orientation mindset and readiness to own the whole project
• Excellent English level
• Passion for video games

Responsibilities

• Lead the product from scratch - from the ideation phase through design and prototyping, implementation, release, and post-release maintenance
• Drive development teams to ensure they execute and deliver excellent games
• Own the P&L incl. The product Roadmap for premium games, both live and in development
• Work with Business Development to identify developers that can execute premium Product Ideas
• Pitch strong premium Game Opportunities to potential development partners and publishers
