Senior Product Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Data Analyst at Flo, a Series B funded HealthTech company with over 65M monthly users. The analyst will work on enhancing product growth by analyzing data, collaborating with product managers, and supporting A/B testing. They must have at least 5 years of experience as a Data / Product Analyst, advanced SQL skills, and knowledge of statistics for A/B testing.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst
• Advanced experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing
• Advanced SQL
• Experience in data visualization in Looker / Tableau or similar
• Good presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate opportunities and strategies to enhance the product growth
• Work closely with product managers, providing and supporting data analysis and expertise
• Design, support, and finalize A/B test results
• Assist in prioritizing projects and initiatives
• Watch key performance metrics to track and report on the main parts of the funnel. Share data with the WebApp team on how to improve and any issues that come up

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in subscription business
• Python for data analysis
• Experience in mentoring other analysts
• Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
• Experience in working with Looker as BI analyst
