• Can describe the rationale behind your visual and interactive design decisions
• Take great steps to learn about the people you’re designing for, their needs, and how your solutions can best serve them
• Have a deep understanding of how your designs will impact your company’s goals, and can articulate how you prioritize work
• Comfort with complexity - You’re comfortable thinking through complex designs, and your solutions demonstrate thoughtful and scalable systems thinking
• Can clearly communicate your ideas to a variety of stakeholders using visuals and prototypes

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and prototype zero-to-one experiences for web and mobile
• Develop a deep understanding of Arbor’s business ecosystem, the energy supplier market, and consumer energy experiences
• Use visuals and prototypes to help set an inspiring vision for Arbor’s products
• Identify key user and company needs and contribute to a strategic product roadmap
• Own end-to-end feature design across our web and mobile products
• Work closely with your product, engineering, and data teammates to build, QA, and ship your designs to customers
• Contribute to and scale the Arbor design system
• Help us grow the Arbor design team and culture
