Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital products and services
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or other industry standard programs
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present and advocate for design decisions
• Proven experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with product and engineering teams to ship software that drives measurable business outcomes
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to execution for key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Play an essential role in mentoring team members and leading impactful design initiatives
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define design strategy and deliver high-quality solutions
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and maintain consistency with our design system
• Mentor and provide feedback to UX team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Present design solutions and articulate design rationale to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
