Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work
• You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• You're proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend your design decisions
• You're passionate about education and making a positive impact on the lives of students

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product goals and requirements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes that effectively communicate your vision and enhance the user experience
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our product suite
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team
