Senior Product Designer

Summary

CloudTalk is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the development of their next-generation calling software. The role requires 4+ years of experience in product design, strong knowledge of Figma, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Additional skills like experience in AI-powered product development are beneficial but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing excellence in product design and problem-solving abilities
• 4+ years of experience in a product design role
• Strong knowledge of Figma
• Track record of creating, implementing, and maintaining expansive design systems spanning multiple platforms
• Previous experience in integrating design efforts with broader company initiatives, fostering cross-team collaboration
• Adaptability and comfort in navigating through changes project timelines
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting
• Demonstrated capability in managing multiple intricate projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Help expand design expertise by bringing experience and contribute to the AI-powered product design
• Develop, maintain and scale processes or practices for maintaining and maturing the Design System
• Bring new ideas, communicate design concepts effectively to engineers, product managers, and leadership through both visual representations and descriptive explanations
• Translate concepts into solutions and craft elegant UXs across our products
• Understand customer needs alongside our product managers and participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to find the ideal solution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI-powered product development is plus
