Requirements
- A seasoned product designer with 5+ years of experience in crafting consumer-facing digital experiences that inspire and empower, ideally for mobile platforms
- You are passioned for human-centred design, with an appreciation for nuanced, inclusive, and bold design solution
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create meaningful, visually compelling, and intuitive user experiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy
- You communicate clearly and articulate design rationale and align cross-functional teams with our vision
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end-to-end design process, shaping engaging and accessible experiences that resonate with our diverse community
- Transform deep insights into thoughtfully designed, high-impact product experiences that support self-discovery and connection
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analytics and Brand teams to bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping, iteration, and validation
- Champion Feeld's unique design language, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's purpose-driven identity
- Conduct user research to deeply understand our members' needs, desires, and behaviours
- Work with Data to plan for and evaluate the impact of your solutions to ensure it’s contribution to the business success
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system to support scalability and inclusivity across platforms
