Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering at a Senior Product Designer level (at least 6 years’ commercial experience)
  • Deep knowledge of user interface design, with experience working on projects like rich web apps/websites, mobile applications, and enterprise/B2B software
  • Practical experience working across the product design lifecycle (UI design, user journeys, personas, and prototypes)
  • Practical experience helping customers, development teams, and other colleagues apply and drive a user-centered design process
  • Extensive working knowledge of a variety of design tools, such as Miro, Figma, or equivalent
  • A good understanding of the constraints and possibilities of modern web technologies (coding not required, but sensibility is a must)
  • Practical experience in evaluating products with customers (user testing)
  • Practical experience delivering in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Confidently work with clients needing guidance on turning their ideas into tangible products
  • Help clients clarify and enhance their business objectives through the lens of design
  • Plan and execute UX research on a small-scale project basis
  • Collaborate with client design groups on various tasks, including contributing to their design systems, working with brand teams to improve their brand adherence and product design approach, and exploring and working on their accessibility standards
  • Facilitate workshops and smaller-scale creative problem-solving sessions
  • Work with and support Design and Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with client teams
