Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Our Future Health, the UK’s largest health research program, as a Senior Product Designer. You will lead the design of complex products, conduct user research, and iterate on designs from ideation to production. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create seamless user journeys and champion accessibility. Mentor junior designers and foster a supportive environment. Requirements

• You have a real desire to create meaningful impact through the designs and products you work on
• You have worked on live products with technical and business constraints
• You have led the iteration and refinement of product designs
• You advocate for user centred approaches to decision making
• You are expert in digital whiteboarding and product design tooling
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with a widely diverse, cross functional team
• You understand the wider impact of design challenges and solutions, accounting for these throughout your process

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex, live products within a cross-functional team
• Gain deep understanding of the needs of our users through research and testing
• Iterate and develop ideas from early stage ideation to production ready prototypes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams across Our Future Health to create seamless user journeys across all digital products
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity in everything you create
• Manage and develop Junior Designers, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and psychologically safe environment
