Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Bitso as a Sr. Product Designer to simplify financial services in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and enable financial inclusion. You will create innovative and user-friendly products to help Bitso become Latin America’s most loved crypto company. The role involves collaborating with product managers and researchers to understand user needs, creating world-class user experiences, leveraging data to inform design decisions, and extending the design system. You will also frame user flows, monitor design tasks, share findings with stakeholders, and provide feedback to teammates. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Figma, and a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for web and mobile apps. Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in web/mobile design
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• An exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems (please share a link to your portfolio with us)
• Proficiency with Figma
• Experience in stakeholder management and great communication skills
• Experience in driving an end-to-end design process communicating design decisions to cross-functional partners, and negotiating for a final result that works for the business and users
• Experience discovering solutions through research and user testing (sharing prototypes with customers and internal stakeholders)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
