Summary
Join PandaDoc's Workflows team as a Senior Product Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of user workflows. You will drive the design vision, optimize user journeys, identify pain points, and own the full design cycle. Success requires 5+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to balance bold ideas with user satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design solutions effectively, and advocate for design excellence. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- You have a strong portfolio you’d be proud to walk us through
- You’re able to gracefully balance bold product ideas with user satisfaction
- You recognize how solving real user problems positively impacts the business
- You possess a growth mindset, plus a ceaseless desire to improve user experience
- You know the value of not only data, but also looking beyond numbers
- Capable of formally presenting to an audience in a clear, compelling manner
- Verbal and written English skills are at an upper-intermediate level
Responsibilities
- Drive the design vision for PandaDoc Workflows—evolving, promoting, and supporting our strategy
- Optimize user journeys, focusing on ease of discovery, exploration, and adoption
- Identify pain points, validate solutions, and uncover new opportunities through usability testing, customer interviews, and interactive prototyping
- Independently own the full design cycle, from research to implementation
- Effectively communicate design solutions to teammates, stakeholders, and customers
- Collaborate closely with product owners to iterate based on insights, experiments, and feedback, while working hand-in-hand with engineers to develop and launch solutions
- Advocate for design excellence
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to the whole team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing workflows, rules engines, or other automation systems
