Senior Product Designer

This role requires a seasoned product designer with B2B SaaS experience and a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex product work, set UX direction, and drive measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflows
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you bring clarity to ambiguity and unite stakeholders around a vision
• Comfort with service design thinking and mapping complex workflows across touch points
• Portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, systems thinking, and effective execution across real-world products

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, both B2B and B2C, defining UX strategy, design approach, and execution
• Translate complex workflows and data into simple, elegant interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities. Use those insights to guide design decisions and validate solutions
• Use AI-enhanced design and research tools to increase speed, clarity, and depth in your work, whether you’re organizing insights, generating content, or iterating quickly
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes
• Drive alignment across design, product, and engineering through clear communication and documentation
• Help shape and evolve our design systems and team processes to support scale and consistency
• Advocate for a seamless, high-quality user experience across the entire customer journey—from onboarding to daily use

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end handoff workflows
• Background in travel, scheduling, or service marketplaces
