Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join RevenueCat as a Senior Product Designer and be part of a cross-functional team building products that empower app developers to increase their revenue. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing web and/or mobile applications
• Deep understanding of design systems and experience in building, maintaining, and evolving one
• Experience working with more technical products and/or the technical aspects of product development
• Great written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to discover relevant customer problems, design solutions, and implement them, ensuring that the design system is effectively integrated into the product development process
• Design intuitive product experiences that are grounded in understanding and addressing user needs
• Build, maintain, and evolve the design system, ensuring its consistency across the product
• Work with more technical products and/or the technical aspects of product development
• Root the solutions you build in deep understanding of your users/customers, their problems, and their workflows/behaviors
• Maintain collaboration while working asynchronously and remotely
• Fix broken things
• Get to know our product, customers, and teams
• Familiarize yourself with our design system and visual language
• Talk to some customers to understand their needs
• Start engaging in discovery and design for your first meaningful project
• Take full ownership of all design aspects for your cross-functional product team
• See the first project shipped that you worked on from ideation to launch
• Work with your team to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to our customers
• Be an integral part of your team, and push the envelope on product design within your team
• Contribute to the development of the design practice and team at RevenueCat
• Be an advocate for good UX and design across the whole RevenueCat product
• Grow and develop the RevenueCat design team and practice
• Set up and improve scalable design processes across our teams
• Continue evangelizing customer centricity and design thinking across RevenueCat
