Join Constructor, a leading AI-first search and product discovery platform for enterprise ecommerce, as a Product Designer. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the product discovery experience for millions of users and build powerful tools for business leaders. Working in an agile environment, you will design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will conduct user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design consistency. This role requires 4-6 years of UX/product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex web platforms. Requirements

- You have experience or interest in designing for analytics solutions, quantitative fields, and technically challenging domains

- You have experience working in B2B SaaS, or complex web platforms and possess 4-6 years of experience in UX and/or product design

Responsibilities
- Design conceptual user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring a holistic user experience across all our products
- Collaborate with fellow designers and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and brainstorm ideas
- Oversee the design process from concept to final implementation, communicating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively executed
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and use this data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences, including analyzing results
- Assist fellow designers in maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring new ideas to the table, experimenting with new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of design
