Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing SaaS/web or mobile applications
- Experience in working within enterprise level design environments
- Portfolio of work demonstrating strong analytical skills and great interaction design
- Exceptional fluency in UI Design software, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related design and prototyping tools
- Proficient Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Expertise in accessibility and usability standards
- Experience with a variety of user research techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS3, JavaScript) and software development principles with a strong understanding of responsive web design
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in shaping the overall user experience and user interface of our products
- Collaborate with various business partners, stakeholders, and leadership to translate requirements and concepts into sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conceptualize ideas that bring innovation, simplicity, and ease of use to complex workflows
- Design end-to-end workflows for high-quality implementation and intuitive user experiences
- Offer a wealth of experience and a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on user research and industry best practices
- Facilitate and participate in discovery research, including user, industry, and competitor research
- Plan and conduct design validation research
- Create and contribute to product and feature specifications, UI Patterns, and Style Guides to supplement prototypes
- Consult and partner on production files, documentation, and specifications for developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
- Effectively multitask on various projects across product development teams
- Coach, guide, and support other design team members as needed
- Mentor, train, and onboard new designers as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Psychology, Graphic Design, or related field
- Experience with EHR, medical billing, or other healthcare software products
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems
- Experience in an Agile development environment
