Yardzen is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team and help reimagine the landscape design and build process. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product design, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in user-centered design principles. Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a high-performing product designer, including D2C and/or marketplace platforms
• An appreciation for beautiful design and a strong brand aesthetic
• A track record of driving continual improvement via experimentation and A/B tests
• An ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment where resources are minimal, and expectations are high
• A data-driven mindset and ability to monitor success through analytics and metrics
• Extensive experience communicating your design ideas via presentations, wireframes, click-through prototypes, design specifications, and command of Figma
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, as well as best practices for user testing and user research

Responsibilities

Design thoughtful platform experiences for both the modern home renovator and the builders who bring Yardzen designs to life

Experience with a high-consideration consumer process like home renovation
