Requirements
- Have 3-10 years of product design experience
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate the "why" behind design decisions
- Have experience conducting and integrating user research into the design process to drive informed decision-making
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing the ability to create user-centered workflows and intuitive product designs
- Have experience designing and shipping complex products across different stages of the product lifecycle, from early concept development to post-launch improvements
- Mastery of Figma
Responsibilities
- Shape the look, feel, and functionality of products that help patients navigate the mental health services landscape
- Create intuitive, efficient, and seamless experiences for patients, ensuring that access to mental health services is as simple and stress-free as possible
- Build meaningful experiences that empower patients by combining user research, prototyping, and deep customer empathy with a focus on design craft
- Improve workflows, user experience, and system-wide consistency
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 1+ years working at a high-growth startup
- Possess knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
