Senior Product Designer - Consumer

Summary

Join Fetch's Product Design team as a Senior Product Designer and contribute to the design of the Fetch app, impacting millions of users. Lead efforts to improve user experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make impactful decisions. Work in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation and risk-taking are encouraged. Within three months, become familiar with the app, integrate with the team, and lead design critiques. Within six months, influence team decisions and explore new opportunities. By the first year, influence broader organizational decisions and launch multiple features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app design experience or enterprise web application experience required
• Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie
• Experience with animation (especially LottieFiles or Rive)
• A tendency to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
