Senior Product Designer - Telematics

Summary

Join Samsara as a Senior Product Designer and ship designs used daily by customers to manage their operations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and deliver valuable design solutions. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and influence product strategy. Create well-crafted designs that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability for our customers. Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing web & mobile applications
• Expertise in interaction and visual design
• Figma fluency (including prototyping)
• Portfolio showcasing your craft and ability to solve user-problems, and quantified impact

Responsibilities

• Ship high-impact designs that unlock significant customer and business value
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering on strategy, planning and execution
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and validate design solutions
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
