Summary

Join Creative Fabrica, a fast-growing Amsterdam-based tech startup, as their Growth Product Designer. You will collaborate with the Head of Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize user journeys. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces, prototypes, and user flows for A/B tests, iterating on designs based on data and feedback, and translating data into testable hypotheses. You will create high-fidelity mockups and ensure design consistency. The ideal candidate possesses proven UI/UX design experience, proficiency in Figma, and a solid understanding of A/B testing. Requirements

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile interfaces
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation principles
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior
  • Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively collaborate with engineers
  • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups quickly

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for optimization across the user journey
  • Design user interfaces, prototypes, and user flows for A/B tests and multivariate experiments aimed at improving key conversion funnels
  • Rapidly iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and testing results
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior through analytics, user research, and usability testing
  • Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into testable design hypotheses
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile)
  • Ensure design consistency and coherence across experiments while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Contribute to the team's experimentation strategy and roadmap
  • Clearly articulate design decisions and experiment rationale to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within a Growth team or experimentation-focused role
  • Knowledge of behavioral psychology principles as they relate to design
  • Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer subscription-based products
  • Basic copywriting skills for crafting effective calls-to-action and UI text
