Summary

Join HubSpot as a Senior Product Designer I, Sales Hub and co-own a significant part of the product, driving its strategy and vision. You'll have a 'seat at the table' from day one, working with experienced partners and a talented team to shape the future of AI-powered selling tools. Success involves co-creating a shared strategy, understanding customers through research, and keeping up with AI technology. You'll work autonomously and collaboratively, mentoring other designers, and contributing to the evolving design system. The role requires experience in delivering successful products and collaboration on strategy and vision.

Responsibilities

• Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area in partnership with product management and engineering peers
• Drive alignment, set goals, and drive understanding and motivation with your partners and team
• Understand your customer by conducting the necessary research and building compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs
• Keep up with AI technology and understand how to use data to effectively problem solve with your peers to bring value to customers and to the business
• Work autonomously and with customer experience in mind, using and contributing to our evolving design system and working in coordination with multiple platform teams
• Collaborate closely with researchers to create, refine, and iterate on new and existing experiences
• Mentor other designers as you play an active role in growing HubSpot’s UX team and culture

• Cash compensation range: 145400-232600 USD Annually
• The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
• In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
