Summary

The Senior Product Manager will lead the integration of AI technologies into Lumin Digital's digital banking platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI capabilities, manage product lifecycle, communicate AI strategies, and have a strong understanding of Generative AI and machine learning. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in high-impact product management are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a high-impact product management role
• Proven product management experience, focusing on AI and machine learning
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and their applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI technologies into our digital banking platform to maintain and expand market leadership
• Collaborate with the broader product team to rapidly understand and deploy AI capabilities, ensuring we keep pace with industry trends
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven features in web and mobile applications
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI and machine learning technologies
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI-powered solutions
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and other internal teams to define product requirements and specifications
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI features, focusing on delivering a superior user experience
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to inform product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of the Generative AI and ML landscape, trends, and applications
• Experience implementing AI technologies in web and mobile applications for a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with financial technology, fintech, or banking is preferred
• Data-driven product development
• A background working with clients and development teams to define and deliver new products to market
