Summary

Join Qmerit, a leader in green energy transformation, as a Senior Product Manager responsible for managing the lifecycle of our electrical marketplace, defining business requirements, documenting user journeys, collaborating on product strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer experiences. This remote position prefers candidates in Southern California.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of strong software product management experience, ideally with a consumer product
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning trends, and how they can apply to the application layer product experience
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of two-sided marketplaces and the electrical service provider space or either
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus
  • Passion for technology, electric vehicles, and home electrification
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Define the software product strategy and roadmap for your given area of responsibility, based on defined outcomes
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and user needs
  • Prioritize features and functionality based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
  • Lead the product development process, including coordinating with software engineers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate product concepts
  • Track and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and performance data to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement

  • Salary: $150K-160K + Bonus
