Summary

Join Creative Market, a leading digital asset marketplace, as a Senior Product Manager! Lead the development of our platform, driving high-impact initiatives from conception to launch. You will optimize the marketplace for both creators and buyers, making data-informed decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This fully remote role requires at least 5 years of product management experience and a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact. Requirements

  • Have at least 5 years previous experience in driving impact from the perspective of product management
  • Demonstrate success owning a product from end-to-end. Drive strategy, execution, launch, and ongoing improvements using data and insights
  • Have a proven ability to drive measurable business impact through strategic product decisions and execution
  • Possess sharp prioritization and decision-making skills. Be able to balance leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and strongly advocating for users
  • Have a strong willingness to take initiative and drive progress. Thrive in ambiguity and complex situations
  • Have experience translating data and customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Possess refined project management and organizational skills. Know where all the moving parts are in the product development process at any given time
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to convey complex concepts clearly, and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute high-impact product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Drive marketplace growth, revenue, and retention by optimizing discovery, seller tools, and buyer engagement
  • Define and communicate product strategy, ensuring clarity for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Make high-impact product decisions that balance user needs, business growth, and technical feasibility
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to bring ideas to life
  • Prioritize effectively, setting clear goals, and ensuring focus on the most impactful work
  • Use data and customer insights to inform decisions and drive continuous product improvements
  • Take full ownership of outcomes, tracking key metrics, and iterating to maximize impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a background in design, UX, and/or a deep appreciation for the creative process
  • Have experience working with creative tools, fonts, or digital assets
  • Have marketplace or e-commerce industry experience, especially involving independent sellers, driving user growth, conversion, and/or retention
  • Keep a pulse on, and apply, best practices related to search, information architecture, or content discovery
