Up to 10% domestic travel is required. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere within the U.S. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Product Manager, or a related occupation
  • Alternatively, the company would accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study and 3 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Product Manager, or a related occupation
  • Up to 10% domestic travel required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of product roadmaps with input from cross-functional partners, knowledge of customers, and product insights, and prepare product documents that articulate customer problems to be solved with new product development
  • Become an expert on the needs of our customers and our competitive landscape
  • Get the data you need to make informed decisions either via personally writing queries, or getting buy-in from others who can help
  • Drive products forward by prioritizing aggressively, advocating for your team, and identifying and resolving obstacles
  • Work closely with our business owners on requirements and priorities
  • Research for product requirements/product scopes based on stakeholder input, customer feedback, market research, competitive information and user data
  • Synthesize the business needs into a holistic product roadmap
  • Complete high level product testing, in support of the QA team, to ensure the definition of complete is achieved during development
  • Create documentation and train internal and external stakeholders on new product features
  • Monitor relevant industry trends and technologies that are applicable to the success of the product and our customers
