Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join SmithRx, a rapidly growing Health-Tech company, as a Senior Product Manager - Analytics and Insights. You will own and lead the analytics strategy for the SmithRx Technology Product Leadership, working cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the PM and Analytics worlds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on analytics and insights
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker, Heap)
• Experience with OKRs and a solid understanding of how to map and track impacts
• Proven track record of driving data-informed decision-making in a product management role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the evaluation of product performance and ROI
• Work with PMs to define key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of initiatives
• Ensure the availability, accuracy, and accessibility of data for stakeholders
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Validate data-informed prioritization of product features, enhancements, and new initiatives
• Map product and project impacts to company OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to integrate analytics into product development and go-to-market strategies
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of analytics insights
• Help evaluate a number of ideas to solve for a business outcome
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Ensure that data and insights are easily understandable and actionable for all team members
