Requirements
- A proven track record of building and launching innovative products that drove measurable business growth in the mobile app space
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with 2+ years specifically focused on growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Experience successfully straddling both product and marketing functions, acting as a bridge between teams while leading growth initiatives
- Experience with multiple growth levers including SEO, ASO, paid acquisition, engagement loops, and conversion rate optimization
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, CAC/LTV optimization, and marketing attribution models
- Experience with MarTech stack implementation and optimization to enable sophisticated marketing campaigns across the customer journey
- An analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights, informing both quick experiments and long-term strategy
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with marketing teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid capacity where you're simultaneously driving product decisions and collaborating on marketing strategy
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution β able to define the north star while also driving immediate impact through experimentation
- Respectfully candid with excellent communication skills, able to articulate the "why" behind product decisions to diverse audiences
- A bold risk-taker and self-starter who has a problem-solving aptitude and inventive thinking skills

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide product strategy for the complete customer journey β from acquisition and onboarding to activation and retention. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement a strategic roadmap enabling TextNow to achieve our mission at scale
- Establish deep partnerships with Growth Marketing, UA teams, Brand, and Lifecycle Marketing to create a consistent and optimized customer journey throughout all touchpoints
- Develop and execute a balanced portfolio of projects β implementing quick-win experiments while building toward your long-term vision for a best-in-class customer experience that drives long-term growth
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to define our go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition roadmap, ensuring alignment across platforms and channels
- Partner with Marketing leads to improve organic and paid user acquisition, optimizingcustomer acquisition costs and LTV across multiple marketing channels
- Drive alignment across Growth Marketing, Engineering, Product, Design, Data Analytics and Marketing teams to deliver on your vision and strategy
- Build, measure and iterate rapidly using A/B testing and other analytical tools, with a focus on scalable and sustainable growth
- Develop a structured experimentation framework and backlog to systematically improve key growth metrics across the customer journey
- Oversee building of prototypes and MVP products, measuring successful delivery to our customers and being accountable for KPIs and OKR targets
- Ensure that products and releases are launched on schedule, with high attention to detail and quality
