Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders alike
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex integrations in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5 years in a client facing technical role or similar capacity with an understanding of software development
  • A strong problem-solver with analytical skills to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
  • A proactive approach to stay ahead in a competitive landscape, demonstrating innovation in your solutions
  • A passion for customer-centricity, with a drive to create exceptional experiences that lead to long-term customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Postman or other API tool

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Customer Solutions & Integrations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating those into common solutions that drive success
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to enhance our offerings and ensure smooth implementations
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients, empowering them with the knowledge they need to roll out and optimize solutions
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve solutions, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of customer experience
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and position Sinch as a market leader in customer solutions
