Summary
Join PandaDoc as a Sr. Product Manager, Growth, and help define and execute the roadmap for our monetization strategy. Lead a product squad focused on driving long-term business growth, particularly through our PLG motion. Optimize pricing, packaging, checkout, and upgrade/downgrade flows. The ideal candidate possesses deep understanding of experimentation, SaaS metrics, and strong analytical skills. You will lead a team, create a product strategy, and work with cross-functional teams. This role requires experience in monetization initiatives and revenue growth, preferably through a PLG approach.
Requirements
- 5 years of prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused or Growth role
- Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is focused on learning as quickly as possible. You should both enjoy and feel confident rolling your sleeves up to own everything from strategy to execution
- Experience running AB tests and disseminating learnings to the rest of the organization
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and finding solutions to complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned with the companyβs business objectives
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product team
- Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion rates and net dollar retention
- Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results
- Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive monetization initiatives
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders
- Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development
