Summary

Join Clari's team as a Senior Product Manager I to drive the adoption of Clari's Conversation Intelligence tool, Copilot. You will own the product roadmap and development for workflows and features that help customers do sales coaching and collaboration effectively. This role involves working with internal and external teams to build a leading platform for capturing customer-facing calls and deriving actionable insights. You will also be responsible for Enterprise Readiness and Copilot Product Experiences. This is a fully remote opportunity based in India with occasional travel to Bengaluru. The position requires 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B product roles and a strong understanding of product UX. Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B experience in a Product role
  • Great Product and UX understanding for incrementally improving a workflow to increase adoption
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engaging with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics and adjust to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own the workflows that power sales coaching and collaboration in Copilot
  • Drive the Enterprise Readiness roadmap for Copilot and improve the core product experience
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
  • Drive adoption for proven problems that customers want to solve using Copilot
  • Work closely with Design on incrementally improving UX of existing features to unlock adoption
  • Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business

Preferred Qualifications

Experience CRM systems and the surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred
