Requirements
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or CRM tools, with a focus on prospecting, task management, or engagement workflows
- Strategic Visionary: Ability to define bold goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable results
- Strong Execution: Skilled at driving complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impactful features on time and with precision
- Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users, with a track record of delivering products that solve real customer problems and drive adoption
- Data-Driven: Analytical thinker who leverages data to inform decisions, track success metrics, and iterate on features to maximize impact
- Collaborative Leader: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without authority
Responsibilities
- Own the Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for pipeline generation, focusing on core areas like prospecting, task automation, engagement workflows, and messaging personalization
- Optimize Prospecting: Enhance Apolloβs search, finder, and list-building tools to help users identify the right prospects quickly and with confidence
- Automate Tasks: Build intuitive task management features that help SDRs and AEs stay on top of their outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline-building activities
- Improve Engagement: Collaborate with the workflows and sequences teams to deliver impactful engagement tools that allow teams to connect with prospects across email, phone, and social channels
- Elevate Messaging: Define and scale AI-powered messaging tools that create highly personalized, context-aware emails and outreach campaigns at scale
- Focus on Data-Driven Decisions: Define metrics for success, analyze user behavior, and iterate on products to ensure adoption and impact
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, data science, and sales to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions that meet the needs of Apolloβs users
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales development workflows, prospecting tools, and engagement automation platforms is a strong plus
- Experience working with AI or machine learning to improve personalization and efficiency is highly desirable
