Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant product analytics or data science experience, including a minimum of 3 years of management experience leading technical teams
  • Fluency in SQL and a strong background in data visualization
  • A proven ability to manage both long-term strategic initiatives and ad hoc, high-priority requests as needed
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and developing junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Analytics team, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to design and execute an analytics roadmap to drive strategic decision-making
  • Influence product and business decisions by proactively surfacing data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes and better serve our members
  • Define and drive the analytics vision for experimentation, product performance tracking, and user behavior analysis
  • Establish and promote development best practices, coding standards, and design principles across the team
  • Drive operational efficiency by overseeing the development of scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and trends that can drive innovation and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data analytics processes
