Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on platform or infrastructure products
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and best practices in product management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Passion for driving customer success and delivering exceptional user experiences
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture
- Experience working with global or distributed teams, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and time zone challenges effectively
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, aligning with the overall company vision and goals
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and iteration, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and user stories
- Drive product innovation and differentiation by identifying new opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends, and conducting competitive analysis
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the platform and drive continuous improvement
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback and insights into the decision-making process
- Act as a subject matter expert on the platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners as needed
- Mentor and coach junior members of the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience with API-driven platforms and integration technologies, with experience working with third-party APIs and building ecosystem partnerships
