Summary
Join Xentral as a Senior Product Manager and contribute to building the next generation ERP system. You will lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art accounting processes, leveraging your finance expertise in Procure-to-Pay. Responsibilities include designing API specifications, understanding customer needs, and planning product roadmaps. You will work closely with various teams and communicate effectively with colleagues. This role requires extensive ERP and accounting experience, project/product management skills, and fluency in English and German. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of ERP experience with accounting modules such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger or controlling
- Experience as a project or a product manager, ideally in an agile environment
- Pay attention to complete and clean documentation and are familiar with product and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma and Miro
- Have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Tech or any related field
- Have experience in navigating complex structures (such as ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.) and have a profound understanding of eCommerce platforms and the associated processes
- Are fluent in both English and German
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and iterative implementation of state-of-art accounting processes
- Leverage your finance expertise of Procure-to-Pay processes to provide best practice insights, training, and support across other teams and customers
- Design specifications for the development of process related APIs, including inbound and outbound data transfers, supporting Xentralβs API first strategy
- Create a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and are therefore in close contact with our Customer Success and Account Management team
- Plan, design and prioritize your own product roadmap with a clear understanding of customer needs, strategic fit and long term product goals
- Have the ability to break down complex issues into understandable and actionable steps and communicate proactively with your colleagues in engineering
- Lead your full-stack team through the implementation of your roadmap and adjust where necessary
