Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing strategies and tactics

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data
- Creative thinker with a passion for quality and results
- Willingness to travel when required (minimal)
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Create and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, as well as ICP and personas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and go-to-market teams, to ensure alignment on marketing strategy and execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support sales and drive new business
- Develop and manage marketing collateral such as sales decks, solution sheets, case studies, and product videos to ensure seller success
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and revenue with the assistance of the demand generation team
- Analyze & report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft products, IT services, AI, and/or cloud/business management solutions for healthcare or public sector industries
- Event planning experience (virtual and tradeshow)
- Hands on experience executing demand generation campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
