Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Create and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, as well as ICP and personas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and go-to-market teams, to ensure alignment on marketing strategy and execution
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support sales and drive new business
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral such as sales decks, solution sheets, case studies, and product videos to ensure seller success
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and revenue with the assistance of the demand generation team
  • Analyze & report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft products, IT services, AI, and/or cloud/business management solutions for healthcare or public sector industries
  • Event planning experience (virtual and tradeshow)
  • Hands on experience executing demand generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
