Summary
Join HubSpot's product partnerships team as a Senior Program Manager of Partner Programs and play a key role in scaling the App Ecosystem. You will design and implement a new strategy to onboard and activate over 1,500 longtail app partners, ensuring their success and contributing to the growth of HubSpot, its partners, and customers. This role involves building improved systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and regularly assessing program effectiveness. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner activation, engagement, and revenue. The position requires extensive HubSpot CRM experience, proven experience in building partner programs, and strong project management skills. Requirements
- Extensive admin experience in the HubSpot CRM, specifically within systems design and implementation inclusive of setting up workflows, automations, and processes to help support partners at multiple stages of their journey
- Proven experience in building partner programs including onboarding, activating, and growing partners at scale for multiple personas, or building/managing a similar program for customers
- Established KPIs to measure the success of a partner/customer UX program
- Analyzed data to provide meaningful insights to continue improving the efficacy of a program
- The ability to articulate a vision for the longtail partner experience, identify key pain points and opportunities within the longtail partner journey
- Experience owning and maintaining a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excitement to work cross functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders in a largely remote environment
Responsibilities
- Play a key role reimagining the experience of our >1,500 longtail app partners
- Design a new vision and strategy to help our longtail app partners achieve their goals while simultaneously helping our shared HubSpot customers grow
- Build and help implement improved systems, workflows, enablement, and internal processes in the Hubspot CRM to improve the longtail partner experience and outcomes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to create content, resources, and enablement materials
- Regularly assess and recommend improvements to the partner program and experience, based on longtail partner feedback, strategic objectives, and market dynamics
- Design and own key KPIs around longtail partner activation, engagement, and revenue numbers
Benefits
- Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually
- The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
- In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
