Summary
Join Fivetran's Marketing Team as a Senior Program Manager and drive the execution of multiple marketing initiatives, including product launches and brand campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage program plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This full-time, hybrid role, based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO, reports to the VP, Product & Portfolio Marketing. You will be responsible for coordinating product launches, developing program plans, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and preparing regular program updates for senior management. The ideal candidate possesses strong program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a strategic or operational role supporting a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems and balance creativity and practicality when solutioning
- Think like a business owner, demonstrate incredible ownership/initiative, and have a track record of making data-driven decisions and leading multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives from inception to successful and timely completion
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in G Suite, especially spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and program manage multiple concurrent product launches
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements across departments
- Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining clear communication
- Work closely with product management, partner marketing, content & communications, product marketing, demand generation, enablement, brand studio and more support to product launches as well as the measurement of the impact of the launches
- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, address roadblocks, and align on next steps
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place
- Prepare and present regular program updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, risks and metrics - deeply understanding each and the why behind them
- Identify opportunities to improve overall team processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team collaboration
- Support scheduling team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and action items are followed up on
- Support Marketing Leadership on prep for company-wide meetings
- Support VP on ad hoc projects, basis
