Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with project management software, particularly Jira

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress to ensure milestones are met
  • Support in growing an internal PMO through setting standards and best practices
  • Identify and manage risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution with a focus on executive level status updates on cross functional projects
  • Manage project resources, budget, and timeline
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices
