You will manage projects from start to finish, collaborate with internal and external teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in software/tech consulting, and excellent communication abilities. You will help customers transform their public records experience, improve their online processes, and utilize the system to its fullest potential. Requirements
- 3-5 years of directly related Project Management experience working in software/tech, specifically consulting, customer onboarding and/or training
- Understand process improvement and how to effectively apply it to the customer’s software implementation experience
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results
- Proven ability to flex between the technical and business sides of your brain – engineers and cross-functional team members alike love to work with you
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions
- Relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first

- Ability to work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, some remote

Responsibilities
- Manage varying sized customer projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with other Project Management colleagues on Granicus Business Processes and best practices
- Identify potential implementation risks and mitigation – as early as possible
- Serve as an advisor to the customer as they improve their online processes
- Collaborate with Implementation Consultants on requirement gathering sessions, both internal and external
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Create test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing of custom-built services
- Collaborate and work closely with internal partners; you will be fostering relationships with coworkers across the company to support their efforts while delivering products
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
- Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- People leader experience; ability to lead junior project managers
- Ability to manage large, cross-product, platform implementations from start to finish
- Experience training Project Management Teams on Best Practices, create and maintain project plans, project status reports, and relevant project documentation
