Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Huge as a Senior Project Manager and lead the delivery of design and development projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project risks, client expectations, and multi-disciplinary teams. You will utilize agile methodologies and various project management tools. This remote position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, along with experience in digital design and project management. Excel proficiency is a must. The role is not available in New Mexico and Hawaii.

Requirements

• Experience on a high volume global digital brand, managing multiple projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation
• Strong foundational understanding of digital products and services spanning across innovation, AI, sophisticated design, and intuitive experiences
• Comfort and confidence partnering with Creative- high fidelity Designers and Motion Design experts
• Ability to ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, as well as championing the quality and integrity of the end result
• Ability to monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
• Ability to identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
• Ability to manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
• Ability to communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes
• Background in projects where agile methodologies are a must
• Experience with resource management, task allocation, and prioritization
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and setting clear expectations
• Understanding and experience with digital design, products, and services
• Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliverables meet Huge's top standards
