Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the game development industry, having successfully delivered at least one major project
• Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions under pressure
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and workflows
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring seamless communication between different departments such as design, development, QA, and marketing
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans and schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget
• Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
• Implement and manage Agile practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and effective project delivery
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
• Efficiently allocate resources and manage team workloads to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project analyses
