Join The Credit Pros as an Agile Senior Project Manager in a 100% remote, full-time role. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment. Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Possess extensive experience with Jira boards and Confluence
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to engage multicultural teams effectively
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Map architectural asks into Jira tasks and help with time estimation from development
  • Ensure user test cases are fully documented and tracked as well to provide reporting on bug and development efficiency
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Produce regular project status updates and executive reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance
  • Continuously improve Agile processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Translate business requirements into technical language for developers to ensure clarity in execution

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of AI tools, workflows, and APIs
