Senior Protocol Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in the blockchain industry
• Passion for the industry and following recent developments
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and work well with engineering teams
• Analytical mind and rigorous communication
• Strong product acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment
• Perfectly fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Propose new protocols to the Kiln Validators protocols roadmap, deciding on which protocols we will support and why
• Liaise with protocol foundation teams to ensure Kiln is in good standing with relevant protocols
• Keep up to date with protocol ecosystem news
• Launch new protocols at Kiln in partnership with our GTM team, ensuring everyone is sufficiently trained up on them to sell and support our clients
• Represent Kiln at ecosystem events and write educational content
