Summary

Gorilla Logic is seeking a Senior Python Developer with 5+ years of experience for backend application development in an Agile environment. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting production code, APIs, and backend services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years of Python specific back-end development experience
• Experience with Python development frameworks like Django or Flask
• Experience with the development and integration of APIs and microservices
• Experience in development using SQL databases
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD best practices
• Conversational English Level

Responsibilities

• Responsible for backend development of web (and/or mobile) applications
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support production code
• Responsible for APIs and backend services that enable the application
• Responsible for building and maintaining production applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Prior frontend development experience
