Senior QA Automation

Summary

Join CI&T as a Senior QA Automation and lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks. Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create robust automated tests using Playwright to enhance testing efficiency
• Integrate Tests into CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into continuous integration and deployment processes
• Collaborate with Development and QA Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and project requirements
• Analyze Test Results: Review and analyze testing outcomes, providing actionable insights to improve software quality
• Maintain Test Environments: Ensure test environments are stable and accurately reflect production environments
• Mentor Junior QA Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Enhance Testing Processes: Continuously improve testing strategies and practices to keep pace with technological advancements
